Shimadzu On-Line Seminar -
Next-Generation Mass Spectrometry Imaging Created by iMScope
Shimadzu have a long history in MALDI mass spectrometry dating back 30 years. Imaging MALDI mass spectrometry is also nothing new to Shimadzu with the new iMScope QT being the 3rd commercial imaging generation product. The uniqueness of the iMScope QT is its coupling of an optical microscope with a high resolution MALDI mass spectrometer with the goal of high quality, high throughput MALDI + optical imaging.
The iMScope QT interfaces with Shimadzu`s established LCMS-9030 QTOF ESI mass spectrometer for a highly robust and reliable platform or routine imaging.
